Models will remain self-employed contractors in their relationship with Hot Kiss. We are not responsible for withholding taxes on commissions earned by models. Models have no entitlement to employee benefits, including holiday pay, sick leave, or social security.

3. Application Process

To apply to become a model, you must provide certain personal information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and identification documents. You must be 18 years or older to apply.

You consent to share your personal information with our third-party partners for verification purposes. If you do not complete the application process or withdraw your application, we will delete all personal data within 30 days of your last contact or upon request.

4. Payment

All payments are made in Pound Sterling (GBP) and will only be deposited into a UK bank account. Payments are considered commission, made weekly, one week in arrears, with a minimum payment threshold of £25. We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraud or misuse is suspected.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately without prior notice for any reason, including breaches of these Terms. You may discontinue your relationship with us at any time, and any due commissions will be paid as normal. Please notify us via email to ensure the deletion of your profile and personal information.

All content on our website, including documents, videos, and training materials, remains the property of Hot Kiss unless stated otherwise. Content may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
